What are bleached knots

If your hair color is Black, Dark Brown, Medium Brown or Brown, then you should consider knot bleaching to achieve the best results.

The bleaching of hair knots is a technique designed to make dark colour hair appear as if it is growing from the scalp. When dark hair is tied to the base with a knot, a dark dot will be visible on the skin, especially when the base is lace. The lace cannot hide the knot in the same way as monofilament or skin base does. Bleaching of the knots to a lighter colour makes them invisible and natural looking.

To ensure minimum damage to the hair, our default/standard knot bleaching guideline is as follows:

IMPORTANT:
Excessive knot bleaching will weaken the hair and shorten the lifespan of a lace system. If you require us to bleach knots close to light blonde or white, please select "Extreme front 1" bleached" option.
